Reevolt is a subscription platform for merchants in Bangladesh. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — we want to be fair and keep things simple.
Platform subscriptions
If you have a question about a subscription payment you made to Reevolt (your monthly or yearly plan fee), please reach out to us before disputing with your payment provider. We will work with you to understand what happened and find a reasonable outcome.
Store orders (vendor ↔ customer)
Refunds for products sold on a merchant's storefront are between the merchant and their customer. Reevolt does not process or hold those funds. Customers should contact the store directly; merchants set their own return and refund rules in their store policy.
