Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reevolt platform at reevolt.coand its related dashboard and storefronts (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Beta notice.Reevolt is currently in beta. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, features may change or be removed, and we do not offer an uptime or availability guarantee during the beta period.
1. Definitions
- Reevolt, we, us — the operator of the Platform.
- Vendor — a business or individual that registers to build and operate a store on the Platform.
- Customer— a person who shops on or places an order through a Vendor's store.
- Store — the online storefront and associated data a Vendor creates on the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. If you register on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at reevolt.co@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Reevolt's Role
Reevolt provides software infrastructure that lets Vendors create and run online stores. We are not the seller of any goods sold through a Store and are not a party to the transaction between a Vendor and a Customer. The Vendor is the merchant of record and is solely responsible for its products, pricing, fulfilment, customer service, refunds, and compliance with applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Plans, prices, and limits are shown on our pricing page and in the dashboard. Where a free trial is offered, it begins when your store is created and converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
Payments are made via the methods we support (currently manual bKash). You are responsible for submitting accurate payment evidence. Subscriptions renew for each billing period until cancelled. If payment is not received, access may move to a past-due state and, after the grace period, be restricted. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and exclude any taxes you may be responsible for.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
As a Vendor, you agree that you will:
- Only sell goods you are legally permitted to sell;
- Provide accurate product, pricing, and business information;
- Fulfil orders and handle returns, refunds, and customer disputes;
- Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer-protection, tax, and data-protection laws, with respect to your Customers' personal data;
- Only invite team members whose email addresses you are authorised to use for collaboration on your Store;
- Be responsible for any third-party tools you enable on your Store (for example, a Facebook Pixel), including providing any notices those tools require.
Customer Data & Data Processing
When a Customer shops on your Store, you are the data controllerof that Customer's personal data and Reevolt acts as your data processor — we store and process that data on your behalf to provide the Platform (database, hosting, encrypted backups, order processing, and the analytics we surface to you). How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and operates as our data-processing terms.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your Customers' data and for your own dealings with them. Reevolt publishes the customer-facing Privacy Policy and Terms that cover platform-level data handling and shows them on every storefront; you may additionally publish your own optional Store Policy(returns, shipping, refunds, contact). As described in Section 7, Reevolt may also use de-identified and vendor/operational data to improve and develop the Platform, acting as an independent controller for that limited purpose, and never using Customers' personal information to train AI.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform to:
- Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods, or engage in fraud;
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform;
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users; or
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
Reevolt and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as product images, text, and your store branding). By uploading content, you grant Reevolt a non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Platform and your Store.
Use of Data to Improve and Develop Our Products
You grant Reevolt the right to use the data and content generated through your use of the Platform — including store, product, order, and usage data — to operate, analyse, improve, and develop the Platform and our products and services. This includes using such data to research, build, and train machine-learning and artificial-intelligence features (for example, in-house AI tools that help merchants run their stores).
Data used for training is limited to vendor and operational store data and de-identified data. We do notuse customers' personal information to train our models, and we do not sell your personal data. Any processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Payments Between Vendors and Customers
Transactions on a Store (including Cash on Delivery and manual mobile-money payments) are between the Vendor and the Customer. Reevolt does not collect, hold, or process those funds and is not responsible for fulfilment, delivery, refunds, or disputes arising from them.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Platform in a way that risks harm to others or to the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and delete your Store at any time.
When a Store is deleted it is first soft-deleted with a 30-day recovery window, then permanently removed. As described in our Privacy Policy, order and transactional records are retained after deletion for legal compliance.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, particularly during the beta period.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reevolt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Reevolt harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your products or content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law — including claims brought by your Customers.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify Vendors by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
